We do not offer refunds unless the community manager deem you deserve one, as in; If we, the owners, or the service make a mistake we will refund you based upon a decision made there and then. You are donating on the behalf of the community as a gift to support them. Donation items can be taken at any time for any reason on behalf of the owners of the community as they determine appropriate.
